This Cancellation and Refund Policy sets out the terms in connection with cancellation and refund of service offered by AV Digital Solution. Our goal is to create fair, transparent, and simple guidelines to make it easier for every one of our clients to have an easy and pleasant experience.


Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation

  • Notice Period: Clients who wish to cancel ongoing services must provide written notice at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
  • Immediate Cancellation: If an immediate cancellation is requested, services will be discontinued within five (5) working days from the request date. Any fees for services scheduled beyond the cancellation date may be refunded, subject to our proprietary service model.

Project Cancellation

  • Project-Based Work: Clients may cancel a project within 7 days from the official start date. However, if work has already commenced, the client is liable for payment corresponding to work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • Cancellation After 7 Days: Cancellations requested beyond the 7-day window are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Policy

Service Subscriptions

  • Prepaid Services: Clients who have prepaid for services may be eligible for a pro-rata refund of the unused portion, provided the cancellation notice meets the required notice period.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds are issued for partial or full service delivery within a given month.

Project-Based Work

  • Deposit: Deposits made for project-based services become non-refundable after the initial 7-day grace period from the project start date.
  • Completed Work: If a project is canceled after work has begun but before completion, clients will be invoiced only for the completed portion. Any excess payment beyond this amount will be refunded.

Exceptions

  • Quality Concerns In case of dissatisfaction with service quality and cancellation, clients are required to notify us within 14 days after the service or project implementation. This will be determined on a case by case basis.
  • Service Disruption Under extreme disruption due to AV Digital Solution, clients can apply for a full or partial refund according to the level of disruption caused and performance it had affected. .

Processing Refunds

  • Refund Request: All withdrawal requests must be written to our customer support team.
  • Approval Timeframe: Request for refunds will be considered and processed within 10 business days. The clients will be updated on the decision keenly.
  • Refund Method: Accepted refunds will be paid out to the same method of payment used for the original payment. In case an alternative method cannot be arranged, then the alternative will be conducted.

Amendments
Approved refunds will be disbursed using the same means of payment as was used in placing the original payment. If an alternative method cannot be arranged, then that alternative will be done.
